As most of you will have noticed we have had some downtime over the last couple of weeks. We have been working hard to keep this to a minimum but unfortunately some of the work has taken longer that we hoped.
We will be contacting renters in world over the next couple of days with information of offers we have for you in regards to compensation for down time.
So what work has been happening?
Servers and Maintenance
We have done a lot of testing with the servers, as we were not happy with the performance of the regions or the amount of region crashes which was occurring. We are as we always will be still working on some tests for the servers but hopefully now most of this will be done in the background, but all of this work is essential to ensure the grid develops and improves over time.
Work has also been done on the website as we try to ensure we offer the best customer service to our users, with clear and simple ways to contact us with your questions and issues should these arise. One option we have on trial at the moment is the live chat app which appears at the bottom right of the site. Please note this will not always be online but when the support team are offline there will be an option to leave us a message and we will contact you back.
We have now put together a promotional package which will be going out over the next few weeks. So please watch this space!
